At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Leader Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all hardware and manuals included, then clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient home collection time; smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
